Our license allows us to operate within all counties in the state of Oklahoma. We specialize in rural areas where services are not always available.

How do I know if I qualify?
If you are homebound (not necessarily bedridden), need intermittent care, need skilled nursing/therapy, and/or already qualify for Medicare or other medical benefits - you qualify for Materelli's services!
Where can I get a referral?
You have the right to choose your home health provider. However, possible referrals can come from: physicians, social workers, hospitals/nursing homes, community agencies, family, friends, neighbors - and yourself!
