Materelli Home Health provides services in compliance with all government standards and regulations keeping our patients and family members well informed of all available services and programs, thereby encouraging them to participate in care planning. Our license allows us to operate within all counties in the state of Oklahoma. We specialize in rural areas where services are not always available.

How do I know if I qualify?
If you are homebound (not necessarily bedridden), need intermittent care, need skilled nursing/therapy, and/or already qualify for Medicare or other medical benefits - you qualify for Materelli's services!
Where can I get a referral?
You have the right to choose your home health provider. However, possible referrals can come from: physicians, social workers, hospitals/nursing homes, community agencies, family, friends, neighbors - and yourself!
